With a simple twist, this writing instrument switches from a medium point, black ink ballpoint pen to a 0.5mm HB lead mechanical pencil. The ergonomic design and soft rubber grip reduce writing fatigue. The ballpoint pen has black ink (medium point) and is refillable with Avery 49560. Refillable with standard 0.5 mm lead.
