Now, with Extended Service for VAIO® PCs, you can offer your customers a solution for potential downtime. Extended Service provides high quality, dependable and convenient repair service for their VAIO® Notebook and Desktop computers.

  • Designed for VAIO® Desktops and Notebooks, providing service from the day the product is purchased. If the product is within 50 miles of a Sony authorized service provider, service is performed onsite. Otherwise, coverage includes all shipping and depot costs.
  • Onsite service will be provided by Banctec, an Authorized Sony Service Provider. Depending on parts availability, customers may allow up to 72 hours for onsite services.
  • Extended Service may be sold on any eligible VAIO product with at least 30 days remaining on the original Sony warranty.
  • You must register your extended service within 30 days of purchase to qualify for service.
