LTO data cartridge offers a 100GB native storage capacity. Stores up to 100 GB (Native) or 200GB (Compressed) of data in a LTO1 data cartridge. LTO-CM (LTO Cartridge Memory) Data position and media information are stored on a 4KB memory chip, enabling high-speed access to all files.

    Metal Particle (MP) Tape:
  • Compared to metal oxide, pure metal particle tape holds four times more magnetic energy

    High capacity:
  • By writing data onto 384 tracks consisting of four data bands of 96 tracks each, storage up to 100GB of data is now possible in a mid-range tape.
