Quantum Corporation ("Quantum") warrants, subject to the limitations set forth below, that this Quantum DLTtape 1/2" cartridge tape product (the "Product") is free from defects in material and manufacture at the time of purchase. If any defect in material or manufacture appears within the warranty period, Quantum's entire liability, and your exclusive remedy is, at Quantum's sole option, for Quantum to: (a) repair the Product, (b) replace the Product or (c) refund to you the purchase price of the Product, provided that the Product is returned to Quantum with proof of purchase such as a purchase order, invoice, or sales receipt.
